First Systems & Resources (FSR) is a full-service print management company serving its customers from piece conception, through production, all the way to inventory tracking and fulfillment. Clients have relied upon FSR as their sole-source provider of print management services since our founders, Gary and Connie Hegemier, started the company back in 1993.

Having spent twenty years as a key contributor with an industry leader, Gary knew he could provide more innovative products and better service with his own company. In fact, customer satisfaction has been the guiding principle behind every FSR initiative.

Our discipline of growing the business by developing and maintaining customers one by one has served the company—and its clients—well over the past twelve years. FSR has expanded three times since its founding, most recently in 2001 to the current facility which encompasses all of the many services we provide. Our expertise and knowledge (over seventy years of combined industry experience) enables us to provide customers with true printing solutions rather than just off-the-shelf products.

As we move forward, we are committed to continually adapting our spectrum of services to the evolving needs of our clients. Not only does this commitment help our clients attain goals, it also keeps things extremely interesting!
