The Team

The FSR Sales Team has experience and expertise implementing successful corporate print programs and marketing campaigns. Steve Brown

Like all members of the FSR team, Steve is entrepreneurial by nature. He started work in the hotel industry then switched to printing and never looked back. After gaining valuable experience working in sales with a local printer for two years, he founded his own company specializing in graphic design, typesetting, and brokered printing.

Steve has been involved in the promotional products industry for over a decade and enjoys finding the most efficient and effective method of satisfying clients’ printing and promotional needs. His knowledge and experience in the industry, along with the full array of FSR’s capabilities at his disposal, allow him to secure the best value for his clients.

Tom Cain

Tom began his career with FSR in February of 2004 as an outside sales representative. Tom comes from a professional sales background in technical components and commercial printing, and has been selling for over 15 years throughout Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee and West Virginia. He is extremely effective working one-on-one with his customers to help them achieve their marketing and corporate image objectives. Tom believes strongly in developing relationships into long-term FSR-client partnerships.

Tom recently completed his DMIA certification requirements and is a graduate of James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He’s married with two children and currently resides in Fredericksburg, VA. He looks forward to helping both current and future clients find solutions for their projects.

Rob Harrison

Rob has a great deal of experience working with clients to develop safety, sales incentive, and employee recognition programs. He started in the promotional products business with Harrison Ad Service in 1982, and successfully ran all company operations for over twenty years. During that time he earned his MAS designation—the highest level attainable—from the
Promotional Products Association International (PPAI).

Rob has served as a delegate to the national Regional Advisory Committee for PPAI, as past president of the Mid-Atlantic Promotional Product Association, and as a past director of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is currently Vice President Of the Albemarle County Fair and serves on the board of directors of the Virginia Tech Agriculture Alumni Association. Rob graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Dairy Science.

Tamra Harrison-Kirschnick

Tamra’s college degree in Marketing with a concentration in Art speaks to her dual interests in business and visual design. After college she pursued those interests, working as a graphic designer for eight years before joining the sales team at Harrison Ad Service in 1992.

Tamra is extremely excited about joining the FSR team, as she is able to return to her graphic design origins by now offering a full spectrum of paper products to her clients in addition to the promotional products.

Todd Hawkins

Todd joined FSR with a passion for entrepreneurship and priority management. Based on his experience in sales and business development, he explores with our clients how to eliminate waste by fulfilling their print and promotional needs through FSR’s comprehensive service offerings.

Todd’s interests include economics, personal finance, photography, cooking and most sports. Todd graduated from James Madison University and is married with three children.

Matt Hegemier

Matt started with FSR in 1994 after graduating from James Madison University with a degree in History. Originally working in sales support, Matt became an outside sales representative a year later. In 2002, he returned to James Madison to enter their business program and received his MBA two years later.

Through his tenure with the company, Matt has developed an extensive portfolio, managing projects from design to production and all the way to fulfillment and mailing.

Tim Hegemier

Tim Hegemier is a sales professional with ten-plus years’ experience directing and producing all areas of business communications, including print, multimedia, and promotional items. Tim will work as a consultant with your company to produce marketing collateral that works for you!

In addition to developing, standardizing and unifying all internal/external communications, Tim is especially adept at building proactive and enduring relationships with national companies, as well as local community businesses. As a dynamic problem solver and team player, Tim effectively identifies potential conflicts and collaboratively manages projects to deliver projects on time—and above expectations.

Abby Lunn

Abby joined the FSR sales team in the summer of 2001. After graduating from Virginia Tech, she worked in the real estate development industry in the DC Metro area. A few years later, she decided to enter the business printing world, an industry that has surrounded her since childhood.

Abby enjoys growing relationships with customers and understanding their needs and processes. With this in mind, she aims to constantly increase the efficiencies in her clients’ business printing and promotional product projects. Abby is committed to exceeding expectations and looks forward to any challenge brought her way!
