Pressure Seal Folder/Sealer

Many businesses and organizations print and mail multi-part forms themselves. Whether it’s a university sending out grade reports or a medical facility sending billing reminders, organizations like these have traditionally used a continuous printer. Today, it makes economic sense to move away from these expensive, high-maintenance machines to laser printers and a pressure seal machine.

One such machine we confidently recommend is the Formax AutoSeal® FD 2052, a fully automatic folder/sealer for processing pressure-sensitive self-mailers. Designed with ease of operation and efficiency in-mind, the FD 2052 automatically detects and adjusts for 11" and 14" paper sizes and is pre-programmed for three popular folds (C, Z and half-fold). It also has the ability to store up to 9 custom fold settings with the simple touch of a button. Up to 350 forms can be loaded in the hopper and processed at speeds up to 11,000 pieces per hour. This machine is also available in a special “P2052” package, which includes a fully enclosed cabinet for storage and a conveyor with photo eye for neat and sequential stacking of processed forms.

Shredders

With privacy considerations (e.g., HIPAA) rising in many businesses, shredders are becoming important components in the office equipment environment.
