File Folders

You can buy file folders at your local office supply mega-store. Just not like these. Our folders are made with heavyweight manila tag paper to withstand years of use. The 11-pt. stock is 150-lb. manila, while the 14-pt. stock is an extra-heavy 200-lb. manila. Both are available in various (and custom) sizes to fit your unique needs. In addition, the side/end tab folders can be printed or embossed with position marks for easy placement of labels or tabs for continuity in your current system.

If you need clips, FSR can bond Permaclip® fasteners permanently to the inside of folders in position 1, or positions 1 and 3. The folders have no protruding metal on the back side, eliminating hooking or damaging of neighboring folders during filing or retrieval.

Index Tabs

Custom index tabs add a professional polish to any binder. Mylar coating helps protect and preserve your tabs from wear, or choose a poly tab to sustain frequent handling.

At FSR, we have the flexibility and capacity to handle any size index tab project. You define the size, the cuts, the punches, the material, and any printing, and we go to work. Choose between clear Mylar, color Mylar—or no Mylar on the tabs. Other options include black ink, color ink, one side, two sides, edge-reinforced, drilled, collated, uncollated, reverse collated, and shrink-wrapped. In other words, whatever you can describe, we can create.
